Walton & District Community Foodbank

The Walton and District Community Food Bank is a Voluntary Organisation originally addressing some of the problems stemming from the level of poverty within our district. Although essentially a Christian organisation, the FoodBank is not tied to any particular church or ministry. It draws its team from, and serves, the whole community.

Based at Walton Community Centre in Standley Road (CO14 8PT) the Foodbank is here to help you! Come along Fridays between 9am and 12noon to visit the Foodbank.

 

The team at the Foodbank also offer support and advice on a range of issues, including benefits, debt management, and housing.  Alongside this, they help people settling into temporary or new accommodation by providing essential items such as bedding and basic kitchen equipment.​​
