At various times throughout the week our popular town centre shop can be a hive of activity as members, friends and various locals drop in for a cup of coffee and a chat.
The shop is particularly busy during the Summer vacation as the seaside town of Walton is transformed with holidaymakers. We sell a wide range of gift items including nautical collectables, hand and finger puppets, wooden toys, childrens' books and greetings cards.
Collectables - These include our popular selection of model boats ranging from HMS Victory to Thames barges, lifeboats to canal boats.
Puppets - These delightful hand and finger puppets are available in a whole selection of farm animals, pets and world wildlife. The combination of great designs and quality fabrics make them very realistic.
Wooden toys - We stock Charl's range of wooden toys, all beautifully finished in a variety of both modern and old fashioned designs. Larger items such as farms, dolls houses and furniture are available on special order.
Children’s books - We sell a wide variety of children’s books including Usborne and Child's play ranges, renowned for the high quality. The diverse range of books includes the much loved touchy feely and lift the flap books for early years, art and craft books for all occasions, reference books and pop out model building books.
