Our name, Coastlands Community Church, embodies our vision to see congregations of 50-60 people planted and established in the coastal peninsula of Tendring and beyond.

To us, congregational size is a key part of our vision -
small enough to be a family and for individuals to excercise their gifts and ministries in an effective way, and yet large enough to make an impact with the gospel in our towns and villages.

At both our Walton and Frinton congregations you will find a warm welcome, worship that is free and Spirit-
led, and teaching which focuses on being disciples in these critical times in which we live.

  Contact magazine

Contact is distributed twice a year to around 8000 homes on the south Tendring peninsula. The aim is to drip feed the good news of Jesus Christ into the lives of those who have no contact with the church and also to raise the awareness of Coastlands in the community.

Out of Africa

Coastlands has links with East Africa through the ministries of Watchmen International and also Lifestyle International. Their main involvement in six nations is leadership training, working with nursery education and the introduction of LifeWater, a clean water project.
